On February 20, 2011, Mr. DL van Dam was invited to participate in a \u201cFranchise Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck\u201d, organized by Consultants House GmbH, Mr. J\u00f6rg Eckhold, one of the leading franchise consultants in Germany. At issue was cross-border franchising, in particular from Germany to the Netherlands. Various German franchisors were present. The topics included:<\/p>\n

European law aspects \u2013 competition \u2013 the relationship between German and Dutch franchise agreements \u2013 differences between German and Dutch law \u2013 obtaining financing in the Netherlands \u2013 how to deal with turnover and result forecasts \u2013 the pre-contractual relationships in general \u2013 differences in mentality between Germany and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

The Franchise Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck took place in T\u00f6nisvorst, near Krefeld, and started at 10 am.<\/p>\n
