Biography
Klaas op de Hoek was sworn in as a lawyer in 2011. He has since worked at medium-sized law firms, focusing his practice on advising and litigating in general contract law and directors’ and officers’ liability. In mid-2022 he successfully completed the postgraduate specialization course Contracting at Leiden University. Since October 2022, Klaas has been part of the team of Ludwig & Van Dam franchise attorneys with an advisory and litigation practice aimed at franchisors and franchisees.
