Various legal aspects will be discussed, such as the duration of the agreement, the relationship between the franchise agreement and internet sales, exclusive purchasing, non-compete clauses, sublease constructions, financial forecasts for the benefit of franchisees, the franchisor’s duty of care in this regard, et cetera. Registration can take place via the NFV.
