Biography
Maaike Munnik graduated in corporate law from Leiden University in 2012, where she also focused on intellectual property law. During and after her studies she worked for a legal expenses insurer where she worked for several years in the general advisory practice. At the beginning of 2016, she made the transition to the legal profession and now works for Ludwig & Van Dam Advocaten, where she is active in both the advisory and litigation practice. Maaike Munnik assists both franchisors and franchisees (on an individual basis or collectively).
