In fact, according to Alex Dolphijn of Ludwig & Van Dam franchise attorneys, there is still ‘a huge amount’ of room in the Netherlands. There are more and more Dutch formulas – some even cross the border – and foreign formulas are also establishing themselves in the Netherlands. What are the developments?
