At the request of WoltersKluwer, Mr. Alex Dolphijn wrote the Franchising chapter for the Profession and Practice module of Guide for the Accountant for small and medium-sized organisations. The chapter is housed in Section A.7.8.4 of July 2018.
The profession and practice module focuses on the accountant’s core activity and consultancy assignments. It mainly contains practical information and no extensive scientific analyses. In the contribution on franchising, attention points and pitfalls are outlined.
