At the request of WoltersKluwer, Mr. Alex Dolphijn rewrote the Franchising chapter for the Profession and Practice module of Guide for the Accountant for small and medium-sized organisations. In particular, see the changes compared to the previous edition on the Law franchise that has now been introduced. The chapter is housed in Section A.7.8.4 of April 2022 (Supplement 26).
